Policy Suite & Incorporation
By accessing or using the RateOmatic app, or by reading/accepting any one of our policies, you agree that the entire policy suite (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Payments & Refunds Policy, and Shipping & Cancellation Policy) is incorporated by reference and applies to you in full. Reading or accepting any one policy is deemed reading and acceptance of all four. In case of conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of updates.
1. Accepted Payment Modes
- RTGS / NEFT / UPI
- Payment Gateway (net banking, cards, UPI via gateway)
- Cash at Self-Pick (where permitted by law; valid invoice provided)
2. Realisation & Processing
- Dispatch begins only after payment realisation/confirmation unless a separate written credit agreement exists.
- Operational processing typically starts 24 hours after payment realisation, during working hours.
3. Pricing, Taxes & TDS/TCS
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes until confirmation.
- GST as per HSN/notifications; e-invoicing if applicable.
- Any TDS/TCS must be lawfully deducted and certificates shared on time.
4. Refunds
- If items are unavailable or MOQ/minimum carton cannot be fulfilled due to unavoidable conditions, we may cancel affected items and issue a full refund for the unfulfilled portion.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment instrument where applicable.
5. KYC Thresholds (Registration Linkage)
- GSTIN mandatory by default.
- For micro buyers with ≤ ₹10,00,000 annual purchases and per-order < ₹1,99,000, Aadhaar may be accepted.
- If thresholds are crossed/expected to be, provide GSTIN promptly; dispatches may pause until verified.
6. Convenience / Bank / Payment Partner Charges
Bank/gateway fees are borne solely by the Buyer; they are not collected by RateOmatic, won’t appear on our receipts, do not constitute ‘payment received’, and are non-refundable by RateOmatic.
